Horror fans, the wait is almost over! Vantage Comics is thrilled to announce that the Kickstarter campaign for Morbid Fantasy—our new quarterly horror anthology magazine—will officially launch on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. The campaign will run for 21 days.
What is Morbid Fantasy?
Morbid Fantasy is a love letter to the golden age of horror comics, drawing inspiration from iconic publications like Creepy, Eerie, and Tales from the Crypt. Presented in a stunning oversized 8 ½” x 11” format, each issue will feature spine-tingling short stories brought to life by some of the most talented artists in the industry.
Meet the Creators
Issue #1 will feature an incredible lineup of artists:
- 🖤 R.L. Black – Comic artist known for his captivating works in fantasy, horror, and sci-fi.
- 👑 Gigi Murakami – The Queen of Horror Manga, an Ignatz Award nominee.
- 🎨 Adrien Delp – A divine indie comic artist with a knack for the macabre.
- 💀 The Creep from Six Feet Deep – A master of eerie atmospheres.
- 🕹️ Alexey Gorboot – Retro-comic extraordinaire.
